We provide business software products and custom software development services, including ERP, CRM, billing, mobile applications, AI automation and compliance software.

Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for custom work are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.

All software, source code, designs, trademarks and content owned by K Techno remain our exclusive property unless ownership is expressly transferred in a signed agreement.

Licensed products are provided under the terms of the applicable licence and may not be copied, resold or reverse-engineered.

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals, and for the lawfulness of the data you process using our software.

Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we work to ensure our compliance products reflect current statutory requirements, you remain responsible for verifying your own filings and statutory obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K Techno shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
